Thank-you for the excellent service we’ve received from your Company (sales and install Team originally) and more recently your Service Team including service manager Steve and Paul. Your Team installed our new Rheem HVAC unit fall of 2010 and we’ve enjoyed trouble free service (plus had many admirers of the professional look) ever since. When on 1/22 late afternoon we called Steve with issues on our furnace-(consistent operation) and humidifier (plus a Rheem tankless water heater installed by a plumbing contractor in 2011), he responded urgently and (while NIG was replacing their equipment/long, but now past issues), followed up prior to leaving to insure on site response next day. Paul was right on time and proved to be a true service professional. After assessing the situation, performing furnace service and replacing the humidistat, that unit was good to go. Though Paul was not familiar with the tankless system – he, Steve and Rheem reps coordinated to troubleshoot and service the unit successfully. Paul and Steve each communicated very well with the Customer/me throughout to include follow-up and additional information requested.
