A Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) provides priority service to those customers who wish to keep their heating and cooling systems operating at peak efficiency. Planned maintenance is scheduled biannually, to assure that your heating and cooling systems are in prime condition for the upcoming season. It’s designed to offer our priority customers the best possible service, along with convenient scheduling of your annual maintenance at an agreed-upon low price.

Furnace/Boiler Clean & Check
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Clean ignition assembly
- Check starting capabilities
- Examine heat exchanger for damage and corrosion

- Perform electrical evaluations
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Check pilot
- Monitor heating cycle
- Check draft
Air Conditioner Clean & Check
- Clean condenser coil
- Monitor refrigerant pressures
- Check starting capabilities
- Check safety controls
- Check air filter
- Check and adjust blower components
- Check electrical connections
- Perform electrical evaluation
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Check condensate drain
- Measure temperature difference between supply and return air
$180 for single furnace and A/C systems.
Services available at an additional charge include:
- Clean and service indoor air quality equipment
- Clean and service humidifier
- Replace air filter
